in the settings I want my files to be divided a party of size 2047 MB that is almost 2 GB
and divides me a party of size 1.91 GB

Hi, looks like WinRar understands option -v2047M literally as "2 047 000 000 bytes" (just tested). 2 047 000 000 bytes is 2047000000 / 1024 / 1024 / 1024 = ~1.91GB. If you want 1.99GB you could calculate it as: 1.99 * 1024 * 1024 * 1024 = ~2 136 746 229 or ~ 2137mb. So just enter 2137 in that field and it will compress for max of 1.99GB parts (also tested). EDIT: if anyone needs 0.99 GB then: 0.99 * 1024 * 1024 * 1024 = ~1 063 004 406 or ~ 1063mb. |
