Hi,

what host response do you see?

Always preview the host response: http://creator.themasoftware.com/faq.php?expand=faq205

Tested. Everything is fine. Make sure you're using latest 1.99 version as well.

Hi,

timeout happens due to:
* Slow host's server
* Slow your Internet connection
* Your Internet connection can't handle many requests at the same time

To solve this you can do this:
* Increase (set higher) in "Settings" -> "General" -> "Timeout".
* Decrease (set lower) in "Settings" -> "General" -> "Processes limit".

But if their server's are really slow it might not help. They should fix it.

I am getting strangely slow speeds with RG, I have impression that this started happening with the latest update.
I tried different accounts, different buffer size, API and web, process limits - regardless result is always the same. All other hosts respond to these settings change except for the RG.
Some uploads go full speed 100M and other max 2M, literally 50X slower. Can't tell if this is on RG's side or creator has a bug but it's consistent. No errors, just irregular speed.
Once it starts going 2M it does not accelerate even if I shut down all other processes.

I just realized that this user talked about RG, I didn't really pay attention to my uploads until I noticed that it takes longer than usual.
Exact same thing is happening at my 1G server:

There were no changes at all in latest update (in latest 50 updates there were no changes how upload is handled).

It's probably some temporary issue at RG servers. As soon as they solve it, it should be fine.

Damn, you might be right. I had similar result using a FTP. I hope RG does not get out of business.
