I didn't do audio books for some time and now that I started again I noticed that there is a problem with grabbing a book description.
At first it just skipped over amazon but now skips all sources, or it does not find anything.
Just to be sure I went to the Amazon in order to see if my server's IP is blocked but it isn't. I also managed to find those books there manually.
I still have more than 4$ anti-captcha credit so this should not be a problem either.
No error is reported, book info just does not come up (nor cover).

Update:
It seems that second try for some statuses works but most certainly info from Amazon does not work for me.

In "Settings" -> "Sources" -> select amazon.com (first one) -> enable to "Skip when information is not found" -> you will now get an error when information is not found.

Only the host response will have more details (not the error message in the program).

You might be also selecting not a book format file and "Other" template is used then (not the "Book"). I would need more details.

It says: Status doesn't have any errors.
Was already set to skip if info wasn't found. As I wrote it sometimes goes trough second or third try but vast majority just skips again cause didn't find any info.
It is book format, 100% - otherwise it would not go trough in rare occasions with a second try.
Note that posts which already exist are ones that went with second try, I just loaded all files and folders from

Ah ok I see now, it was the other one "skip" option in processing.
When I open error file, the page from amazon says this "sorry, something went wrong on our end. please go back and try again or go to amazon's home page".

I still have 2.26 version and amazon does not work there for me either, other source works bit more efficient however I'm still getting ton of errors.

lubimyczytac does not return error at all, it just skips - but sometimes works for the same book. so I am not exactly sure what is happening.

Always update to latest version (2.30 at the moment). There were some fixes to this.

If you still have that problem -> do this: "Help" menu (at the top) -> "Support" -> "Compress" -> send me the file which it opens (in any file host via PM).

Will review your settings.

And send me some of those book files as well.

I'm using newest version. What I'm saying is that old one worked better upon testing yesterday but amazon didn't work on any of those two.

Looks like Amazon does not like too frequent searches and just shows that error then.

I have added small delay between searches for next update (2.31), that might help.

Still does not work, same goes for lubimyczytac.
Amazon does not work at all and lubimyczytac sometimes work on second, third, fourth try.
Amazon already had a delay and captcha protection. Captcha is solved but error persists. Also, amazon search is always done one at the time.
I do not have problem with other sources and sections, only those two for books.

What error do you see for Amazon after previewing the host response?

Amazon does not allow to search multiple times at once (they literally show error then). That protection was already added before.

It worked fine for me with new delay in 2.31.

I went to the amazon and found book manually, my server is not blacklisted.

Auto captcha does not report any error.
