Problem: Multiup has option to save favorite host in account. but if we upload using TC it does not use those host. however if i upload manually, file upload to my favorite host.

It's a problem in their API then. It needs to be reported to them. They need to fix that.

please check. multiup still selecting random default host.

Tested. Works fine now.

Might have been some temporary issue.

If you still get it - it's probably related to your network, firewall or OS.

You can try to restart whole PC and / or router.
