Hi,

As topic suggests would be useful to have option for each section If files should be compressed or not.

Could be an option to turn on for specific section in the "Sections settings" where you can also set tags, prefix, template 1 2 3, priority etc.

I have sections where compressing files is needed but others where not needed.

I know I can run 2 x TC to cover this but I prefer to queue all op in 1 TC if possible.

Hi,

you can already do this in different way.

You just need to setup hosts for that section and enable for those hosts "Don't compress for this host" under "Other settings" for the host (don't forget to press "Update" button).

You can already add the same hosts multiple times, basically if you have section "A" at the moment where you don't want to use compress -> just add again needed hosts which you will use only for that section -> add your user for those hosts and under "HOSTS" -> "FILES" -> "Sections" -> assign to that "A" section only and enable "Don't compress for this host".

You would need to assign needed sections for other hosts as well.
