I've 6k in TC and everything is OK. If you delete posts duplicate check feature won't work.

You should be fine with millions of posts in themaCreator.

themaCreator uses the same storage solution which I use in themaManager and I personally know few people with millions of posts in themaManager and everything is fine.

Obviously more posts will take more hard disk space, but it's still manageable.

The only recommendation I would have: it's way better to have SSD (not HDD) since the program works a lot with hard disk and SSD is just superior in every possible way.

The number of posts won't slow down the program a lot. The search and filter features might only work a bit slower (since it would need to check a lot of posts).

However 10k is really small amount. As I mentioned I know few people with millions of posts and it's still fine.
