not sure if a lot of post listing in app may cause hdd slow or app slow, if effect could you please consider to add option keep 10K post maximum history or delete post from post list X days older. |

I've 6k in TC and everything is OK. If you delete posts duplicate check feature won't work. |

You should be fine with millions of posts in themaCreator. themaCreator uses the same storage solution which I use in themaManager and I personally know few people with millions of posts in themaManager and everything is fine. Obviously more posts will take more hard disk space, but it's still manageable. The only recommendation I would have: it's way better to have SSD (not HDD) since the program works a lot with hard disk and SSD is just superior in every possible way. The number of posts won't slow down the program a lot. The search and filter features might only work a bit slower (since it would need to check a lot of posts). However 10k is really small amount. As I mentioned I know few people with millions of posts and it's still fine. Edit: 1.83: * Added new option in "Settings" -> "Posts" -> "Total posts limit (0 = unlimited)". |
