Single preview image + combined image.

hello freddy,

please add option to generate the single preview images + the combined please. Right now its only possible to generate single preview images OR combined image, and not the 2 at same time

if possible create a diferent tag for combined preview image, since I dont want to use it after the single images, but in another place of my template

* Added option in "Settings" -> "Process" -> "Preview" -> "Combine preview images into single image and upload separate images as well".

yes, you should be able to move it with replacement where needed.
