Post subject:  Keep largest file and delete rest of file.
I download tv show/movies mainly. so not sure if this conflict with other type release.

Bluff.City.Law.S01E08.1080p.WEB.H264-METCON (folder) contains following file

bluff.city.law.s01e08.1080p.web.h264-metcon.mkv (1.5GB)
bluff.city.law.s01e08.1080p.web.h264-metcon-sample.mkv (60MB)
bluff.city.law.s01e08.1080p.web.h264-metcon.nfo (3KB)

before unrar TC rename the biggest file size name using the folder name. and delete rest of files.

Bluff.City.Law.S01E08.1080p.WEB.H264-METCON\Bluff.City.Law.S01E08.1080p.WEB.H264-METCON.mkv

this way downloaded file will looks much more cleaner for downloader.

You can already do that in a bit different way with few settings.

"Settings" -> "Process" -> "Upload" -> disable to "Only upload files which match post type".

In the same place below "Delete files with extensions" enter:

And in "Delete files which name has text" enter:
