since the title is same for both title TC adding korean tv show imdb link. may be add a feature if there is language specify TC try to match the language.

There is really no such search option from the sources.

This is super rare case as well which basically affects like 0.01% of titles.

Would recommend to add just add the year after the title, the Italian show is from 2021 so:
