 Post subject: New size in reduce image size in preview.

Hi. Can you add new size 0,20 mb reduce image size in preview? I use 0,25 now, but one image after reduce has size 0,256 mb & moderator send me 1 day ban for oversize image.

Added for next update (3.44).

Not sure why they care so much, even 1MB images are very small nowadays (space is cheap).
