On every update - On every program for that matter - I have thousands and thousands of posts (txt files) in my /user/ folder.

So every time I must copy /user/ folder to the new versions folder and that can really take quite some time to have so many files copied - and every day its just more and more as I create more all the time.

Is that the only way to have all posts follow along to every new update ?

You can update like this:

* Close the program if running.
* Delete themaCreator.exe,"mediainfo32.dll" and "mediainfo64.dll" files, "rt" and "bin" folders in older version.
* Copy them (only them) from the new version.

That's it.
