Hi. I have a some what structure in my folders - especially those used for content to post. I am experiencing some problems now with getting the resolution - runtime and that kind of technical stuff about videos. I use my own generated previews covers and thumbs. As I understand - TC can not process own pictures unless they are in a seperate folder with the video file belonging to it. So I put all my video files + screenshots into a folder - done with files 2 folder program (on my RDP its a pain in the ass cause it dont support server versions) That makes the path actually really long and it seems TC can not get the needed info. I tried moving the folders out to the root of my drive and then it works fine. |

What's your full path (long one which you get error with)? And what error exactly do you get (screenshot)? Edit: looked via PMs. Path length does not matter in any normal drives. Looks like it's a limitation only of NAS drives. |
