You just have bad settings (maybe didn't add any image hosts, maybe not using the correct tags in "Main" template, maybe have bad settings for image hosts added).

Do this: "Help" menu (at the top) -> "Support" -> "Compress" -> send me the file which it opens (via PM).

Will review your settings.
