Do this: "Help" menu (at the top) -> "Support" -> "Compress" -> send me the file which it opens (via PM on any file host without limits).

Will review your settings.

In "Settings" -> "Process" -> "Preview" -> you have set "Reduce image size if larger then" -> to 4MB and set format below to png.

That's the issue.

Generated images in png for those videos are much larger in disk size, so when reducing MB size it must reduce the width to get correct size in MB.

You could:
* Choose the image to be jpg (not png as you currently have, jpg images take much less space). 4MB then is fine, won't need to re-size. The images will be less then 1MB actually.

* If you really want to keep png then only increase the "reduce size MB" to higher number, but the end image will be larger (take longer to upload, some image hosts might not support very large images).

You can set it to 10MB then (that's actually the max size imgbox supports), but it might still need to re-size it in some cases (brighter images usually take more space).
