 Post subject: Compress messed up files location and subfolders.

I can't find out why my themacreator move up all the files to top level and delete all the subfolders before compressing. It cause broken games or overwrite different files but same name when extract.

I can avoid this by precompress first but just to make sure if its intended or a bug.

"Settings" -> "Process" -> "Upload" -> disable option to "Only upload files which match post type".

It will be fine now.
