It's a bad proxy.

407 usually means bad proxy login details saved.

Same for 403 (but might be issue with the proxy itself or TMDB is blocking that proxy).

Try without proxy and it will be fine most likely.

Well, I do not use a proxy because I do not get info, even though I have added a proxy in TC and tests it, it shows that it is "Proxy check was successful" but you're right maybe TMDB is blocking my proxy

That might be some issue at their end (if they are not blocking the server IP as well).

Most likely some DNS problems. It might be solved later at their end.

Your server DNS cache might be bad. Restart the server might help as well.

You can try on your personal PC for a test, if it's fine - it's issue with server.

Tested on my end. It's fine.
