Thumbnail previews are not generated from other templates.
In the video template, it is created fine.
Please tell me how to generate thumbnails in other templates

"Other" template does not generate any previews. If it's video file use "Video" template and process as "Video" post type for section (not "Other"). You can use "Secondary" or "Tertiary" video template if needed if you already have "Primary" for different videos. After that just set to use "Secondary" / "Tertiary" template for needed section under section settings. |
