I am using the latest version of TC. I have set the proxy option to be used for Image host.

Is the proxy is anyhow interfering while uploading to file host?

While adding the User details for Filehost, at that time also it was refusing to add. The IP is whitelisted.. and been used on filehost before, while doing browser login.

make sure added proxy is not enabled in "Settings" -> "Proxy" (not green). It must be disabled. Enabled (green) proxy is global and used for everything.

You only need to add the proxy in "Settings" -> "Proxy" (without enabling).

After that assign that proxy for needed image host in "HOSTS" -> "Images" -> "Proxy" tab.

If you had it enabled, after disabling you might need to restart once.
